I had two interviews, both were over an hour long. The first interview focused on personal questions about my past in the field, previous work experience and reason for applying. The second interview was more standard questions regarding the technical aspect of the job. Very thorough experience and helps you build some relationships before being hired.

I went through the typical multi-round interview process, with one round on the phone, two in-person. But the interviews themselves were more conversational than scripted. I enjoyed talking with the employees about myself and how I'd function in the company. Clearly, they cared equally about my qualifications and how I'd fit into the optimistic, upbeat work environment.
