There were altogether two rounds of interviews: one with the HR and another with the department head. Both interviews were conducted online and had a relatively casual and conversational vibe/atmosphere.

The interview process was quite quick. My initial interview was online, this was screening interview by HR. If we pass this(, we are endorsed for an interview with the specific department was onsite. The questions were related to our HRM course so it is oretty doable as long as you answer appropriately (poised, calm, etc.)
