I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The People's Operator in Jan 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview that focused on my work history and background. Then I was invited to a face to face interview with the team which went well... they were very friendly and you could tell they were passionate about their work. Unfortunately I wasn't chosen for the position but they still encouraged me to apply for future opportunities.

Question 1
Some questions were ok but some were difficult - affiliate marketing techniques and tools, recruitment, retention and activation of new affiliates, commercial models, etc.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at The People's Operator
Interview
Phone interview at first, and I was told that I did very well. Progressed to F2F. Hiring manager doesn't speak English very well and not good at interviewing. Again, questions were very easy and not at all that complicated.

Question 1
Nothing! Again very easy questions and the interviewer didn't seem all that smart. Their website has a lot of problems. One of them is the address is not stated. The environment is very chaotic as they share it with another company. Career's page is empty doesn't say anything and culture wise it doesn't seem to be very diverse.
I think I did very well and better than the phone interview. I was told I would hear from them by Monday, but didn't hear anything. They donate 10% of their customers bill to charity, which I think is just a gimmick, since they don't even provide equals opportunity. I guess they didn't give me an answer because there was no fault in my performance other than I'm trans.
