Do not expect to hear back, you will get ghosted. Even after following up & calling I never got an answer on next steps. I think they are most likely overworked and too busy to care about candidate experience. My first interview the recruiter was 15 mins late (for a 15 min interview lol) and didn't even acknowledge it

Zoom interviews , 3-4 people , you learn more about the business and what you would be doing , meet the leaders , usually around 30 minutes to an hour
