The Pike Company interview questions

More than a month. I applied online and got a phone screening scheduled after a week. HR was wonderful and very responsive. An in-person interview was scheduled 2 weeks later with the hiring manager who was late to the interview and admitted that they didn't take a look at my resume beforehand. The interview had basic questions. I felt confident that I was well qualified for the role but didn't hear back for 2 weeks. After following up 3 times, I was informed that I didn't get the role.
