I actually "raided" the company with my printed CV without any appointment. The manager was busy at the beginning, but the CEO was quite nice that she talked with me in a loose interview vibe until the manager finished her job on hand and interviewed me. Generally, the management team is very supportive and makes applicant feel easy during the whole process.
