Very Casual and welcoming great people to chat with and have a great way of making you feel comfortable and confident to engage in the interview process. Just started with sitting with the other applicants getting to know eachother and also doing a few exercises as a team

- Applied for on Indeed.com - They contacted me via email within a couple of days. - Organised a Zoom interview with another candidate, to put faces to the CVs and a small chat about what it is we were looking for in regards to developing skills or a new career-path. (Approx. 20mins) - Second interview conducted in person at their offices, with 4 other candidates present. Gave more information about the company, the job role and potential advancements for career. (Approx. 1.5hrs)
