The RSA Fellowship Coordinator interview questions

I applied for this position in February and successfully gained an interview. However, I came down with the flu the day before the scheduled interview and physically couldn't lift my head off my pillow so emailed HR to rearrange. I have never heard back from the company or the individual in the recruitment / HR team that I emailed TWICE to confirm if we could rearrange my interview, after apologising profusely for the inconvenience. EDIT - Just received a rejection email this evening for this position despite the fact I never actually attended an interview as I could never get in contact with anyone internally to rearrange? Would not recommend as I know someone else in this chain experienced the same unprofessional radio silence from them.
