I had an initial phone interview with them that wasn't too long and then a Zoom interview. I got a job offer with them but I declined because they do not offer any benefits and the salary is low.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The RainMakers (Washington, DC) in June 2013
Interview
My interview was a piece of cake. A lot of time is spent making sure you align on values and politics. They are equally as selective with their employees as they are their clients.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The RainMakers (Springfield, VA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I emailed my resume and received an email within 1 day to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty basic and straightforward. I was then asked for an in person interview in the city. We sat down and I was given a survey to see how Republican I was. We later discussed pay and benefits which was not a useful conversation because they lied to get me to take the job. I learned they only wanted me because of my connections that they learned of in this interview.
