I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Range (Cork) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was straightforward and relaxed. It lasted about 10 minutes and was mainly focused on getting to know me and checking that I understood what the warehouse operative role involved. They asked about my availability and whether I had any holidays booked. Overall, the process felt easy and informal.
Poor, never a trial shift, always desperate to fill rolls as quick as possible. Informal, will name drop leaving staff and how they worked negatively. Disregarded for professionalism. Very easy to get hired at staff and manager level. No supervisor roles within the company unless in the Cafes (Avoid)
The questions were pretty easy but it was a weird interview. The interviewer kept telling me about the work environment and how it 'wasn't for the faint-hearted' and 'could be cut-throat'. And how basically the owners and upper management were a bit chaotic. Didn't make it sound inviting. Even if I had got an offer I probably wouldn't have accepted!
