I applied online. I interviewed at The RealReal (Secaucus, NJ) in Jan 2016
Interview
Very unprofessional! The recruiter called me for the phone interview at the wrong time scheduled. She then asked me to reschedule at that exact moment through email. We spoke for 5 minutes and she was very unprepared. She told me why i was not qualified for the job. If i was not qualified, then why did you schedule an interview?
She told me they work Tues-Sat
I had a portfolio that she did not even look at

Interview
It was a group interview where you tour the premises. There are multiple stands with mannequins that have to be styled by the staff and you just have to put the clothes on to take the pictures.

Interview
Interviewer was 15 minutes late to the interview, didn't know my name or have my resumè. If you're looking to actually work with cameras, don't bother. It's just a manual labor warehouse job, not much to actually do with photography. Wish I knew that before I wasted my time. Job description was pretty misleading. Definitely interview elsewhere.
