I applied through other source. I interviewed at The RealReal (Perth Amboy, NJ) in Oct 2020
Interview
It started with me talking to the manager about the job and process of the company. Which lead to showing me the photo production area where all the photography happens. And I got a chance to experience what the assistants go through on a day to day basis.

Interview
It was a group interview where you tour the premises. There are multiple stands with mannequins that have to be styled by the staff and you just have to put the clothes on to take the pictures.

Interview
Interviewer was 15 minutes late to the interview, didn't know my name or have my resumè. If you're looking to actually work with cameras, don't bother. It's just a manual labor warehouse job, not much to actually do with photography. Wish I knew that before I wasted my time. Job description was pretty misleading. Definitely interview elsewhere.
