Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your KPIs in precious roles. What is your experience with luxury clientele.
Recruiter call, then call with the hiring manager/territory manager. Based off my interview with the hiring manager and my interview with the recruiter, I feel the recruiter shouldn’t have passed me on. I mentioned having concerns about certain things with the recruiter and she assured me would be wouldn’t be an issue... Those things were a nonstarter with the hiring manager. I was told I needed to have grown up around certain luxury goods in order to speak the language to these clients. Which is absolutely false. Additionally the type of person that can afford these very high end goods on a regular basis aren’t looking for a roles in this salary range.

Easy and smooth. You will have 2 rounds with sales managers. If you have a list of clients from retail sales they will want to know that. Make sure you have questions prepared at the end.
