First, there was an interview with the screener asking me why I’m interested in my background, the second time it was with two women, one was the regional director and the other one I’m going to guess is from HR- it was a 45 minute interview, which was really unnecessary. I think their advertisement needs to say what the bonus structure is and that would eliminate at least half of the candidates even considering the job their expectation is that you will be bringing in 1200 items a month in order to hit your target goals and the most you can make because you hit your goal is 2000 additional dollars a month so that is 65,000 maximum on a base salary plus the 2000 a month maximum. They’re expecting phone calls in the morning outbound and then three appointments in person, taking the goods and bringing them to the post office packaging them and mailing them out.
