Four rounds. Phone screen with HR, then in-person with the Front Office Manager, followed by a panel with the Assistant Director and Director of Rooms, and finally a property tour with a casual conversation that felt like a culture fit check. Questions focused on guest recovery, team coaching, Opera PMS experience, and what luxury service means to you. They really want to make sure you fit the Pelican Hill brand.
