I was contacted by the company after they looked over my resume. I had 3 interviews. First was basically the introduction, I got a call out the blue so I went over my work history etc. Stated he wanted me to move forward. Second was a more formal interview on camera, spoke with a woman. It lasted about an hour or so. She told me she wanted to move forward with me and that I just needed to have a quick call with her boss over the phone so he can sign off on me and then they would start the process of onboarding. Third interview was NOT was she said. I had to hop back in zoom and he interviewed me all over again for another hour. When I gave him my responses he was quiet for anywhere between 30-60secs which I thought was extremely rude. Was told they wanted me in a certain store and that I would be great and that the woman would follow up with me the next day. Next day goes by, not a word. I texted her the day after and she told me she would let me know by Thursday bc now all of sudden they are interviewing other ppl which btw was not what I was told when I spoke with the first person. It has been 5 days and guess what? She still never responded. Not even to say they wanted to go with someone else which was extremely rude. I took time out of my work day for these interviews and they couldn’t even give me the common courtesy to just say, hey we don’t like you, we’re going with someone else. Just ghosted me like a crazy ex girlfriend. So all in all, not a good experience.
