First interview with two current assistants, easy going, talked mainly about the role in the company and how difficult it was to work for the boss. Second interview with the same two assistants and the boss; he was horrible. Interview started 40 minutes late, he was incredibly rude the entire time making derogatory comments about me and the other two assistants. Asked inappropriate and illegal questions.

After completing the online application with 3 motivational questions (why Rothschild and chosen area? what relevant skill do you possess? What was your challenge that required creativity to solve? ), I completed standard format numerical assessment. I was contacted for interview after online test in a bit less than a week.

strange and focused on if could handle someone being rude on a daily basis. Extremly unprofessional, hostile environment, stressful, unfair, high turnover, not truthful, benefits aren't good. one person handles ALL the HR, 401k, and write ups. Owner Joe Rothchild is bipolar and NO one likes him and he doesn't care
