I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The SEED Foundation
Interview
The interview process took a month, culminating in a final interview that spanned over two days, eight hours each day. After the interview, I was completely ghosted and had to reach out myself to find out my status. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of follow-up, especially considering the high regard I had for the organization. My time and effort were not respected.

Performance tasks on Data and instructional trends
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The SEED Foundation in June 2023
Interview
This is currently non-existent across the board. Education nonprofit or not, having a structured process creates a positive experience. Expected a great experience but received the complete opposite. The process was disorganized and lacked structure, professionalism, and communication. 1. Applied via email (listed on JD) with a resume and cover letter for review. 2. Human Resources reached out to schedule an initial screen. 3. Moved to first-round interview with a member of senior leadership. 4. The next round was supposed to involve hiring managers and leaders throughout the schools. It was unknown how long the process would take and how many steps there were. Human Resources was vague and felt "ghosting" was the best option versus providing any update or feedback (positive or negative.) They clearly need this position since Human Resources was clueless about how to run a proper process.
