Straightforward and not much follow up. Was asked about experience and skill set. Interviewed for different role but was offered a different vacant role. Was very informal and a bit unorganized..
I applied online. I interviewed at The Salvation Army
Interview
The interview process was very tedious and very long you have to go through several divisions in order to be approved you have to meet before a board and then you have to go through extensive background check and a credit check and criminal background check everything
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Salvation Army (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by 3 people. They asked basic interview questions and took notes. Most of the questions were specific to the job and what types of experience I had that would be the same responsibilities in this position. We discussed the drug treatment field. The interviewers were the nicest people I have ever met. The interview was casual and not intimidating.
