There were three people interviewing using various role play techniques - they took it in turns to ask me how I would react to various situations. They also asked me to repeat back parts of my application form and reason my responses.

It was a different interview process, instead of sitting down and asking me questions, they took me for a tour of the store and made comments and contributed my thoughts. After that, It took a over a week to get the phone interview and it took another week for them to complete the background check.

Interview
it was long and lots of tell me questions, it took almost 2 hours. some of those question did not relate to work environment, at the end its a charity organization if you like not to move up join them you will be doing the same job year after year no advancement , improvement, or training.
