Pretty straightforward interview, but they asked me about salary very early in the process before I was prepared to negotiate. They also made it seem like I needed to start right away so I moved mountains to move across the country within 2 weeks and then they had miscommunicated with the Forest Service about my start date and nobody was expecting me for another week. Not a great first impression and it only got worse from there.

Easy and very relaxed. They really want to know about you and your passions for GIS. They work mostly with local governments and private companies. They have several options to get into the GIS industry as well including LiDAR and consulting.
