Refreshingly manageable interview process. Two rounds. They worked with my schedule and did not beat around the bush. They want to make the most of your skills and accept there may be a learning curve. Lots of opportunity for growth--just be candid and keep the lines of communication open.

Interview
The interview process was very informal and was like having a conversation with the managing attorney. After getting hired I realize why- the company provide training so they want to get to know you to make sure you are the type of person they will enjoy working with.
