Submitted application/resume through Indeed post. Reached out to by internal HR recruiting team. Setup a one-on-one call with Director of department. After initial call with Director, I was invited to a on-site interview for more in-depth technical portion with rest of the team. Received offer within a few days.

They first go over the resume and explain about the company. At the second interview, you meet with the team and introduce each other, tell you what their expectations for this role are, and ask general questions about the position .
