Interview
It was a fairly normal Zoom based interview. There was a single interviewer, and there were only behavioral questions. They consistently start their interview process on the 3rd of May.

Interview
Most of the people I met with were lovely, however the interview process felt like it lacked structure and a central vision for what they were hoping to get out of it. There were several 30 minute interview sessions with 5 or more people, which doesn’t allow time for a meaningful exchange of information or the ability to develop mutual understanding. In this way, it felt like the process was all for the company, however, if you really want to walk with worker equity in mind, you need to create spaces for the prospective employee to interview Soze too. I had at least 6 on-camera interviews and the vast majority of the staff didn’t appear on camera. That didn’t feel good on the candidate side.
