I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Stepping Stones Group in May 2022
Interview
The process of getting set up with Stepping Stones Group (SSG) was painless. My liaison was also very attentive to my needs regarding commute time and location. Even before the official school interview, SSG provides contact for an experienced school-based occupational therapist which is a really valuable resource for new grads! For interview, I recommend researching IDEA, IEP, and the role of occupational therapists in schools vs other medical/clinical settings.

Question 1
Do you have experience working with children with behavioral issues?
The phone screening was easy, quick, and fairly standard in terms of questioning. The recruiter seemed to know a lot about the role, but the district had most of the specifics since recruiters aren't local. They were quick to schedule a virtual follow-up interview with the district's manager.

Easy and seamless, had an interview pre-screen call and it was very easy. I enjoyed talking with the recruiter on the phone call. It took about 30 mins. to complete the pre-screen interview phone call.
