Pretty straight forward meeting with one of their consultants, hiring manager, CEO, and board member. Asked for references and later told me I was to expect an offer. I then had no communication with TSF for weeks. When following up I was told that there were some transitions happening in the org. I later found out by checking their website that it was their CEO. After a couple weeks of waiting for an official offer I finally received it and reviewed it over zoom with the CFO where I learned I was no longer going to be reporting to the hiring manager that I had interviewed with. Some significant changes of changes, lack of communication, transparency, and disorganization very early on raised some flags for me. With how long I waited for the offer I ended up receiving a couple offers that ended up just being a much better fit.
