I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Feb 2015
Interview
I got in touch with Human Resources about the internship because they did not come to my school for college recruiting. From there I was asked to send my resume and cover letter. I was later contacted to complete a video interview. I completed it and it took about 2 weeks before I heard back with a decision.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The TJX Companies, Inc. (Framingham, MA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Very great company. Took me and my group in and told us a little more about the company, completed a case individually, then discussed as a group. Then we had three individual interviews, behavior based.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The TJX Companies, Inc.
Interview
I participated through my school's on campus recruiting. First round was a remote video interview with pretty standard behavioral questions and a very simple math question. Then I was flown to the HQ in Massachusetts to have a final round, which included a case/data analysis test, group project involving the case, and three 30-min interviews. I also had a job shadow and tour of the building. The questions were not unexpected at all, and were largely behavioral. They really want to see that you are interested in the company for the long haul, so be prepared for rigorous questions about your applications to other companies, whether you would return for another internship/full time, why TJX, etc
