I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The UPS Store (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
Fairly easy questions, gave me freedom to ask questions and was very relaxed. Did not make me feel nervous. The interview took about one hour, though it could have ended sooner. The owner of the store interviewed me and was kind enough to provide me with other places to apply. Even though I did not get hired, I was explained why or why not I was perfect for the job in the interview process.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The UPS Store (Hammond, LA) in June 2014
Interview
Brief. No real explanation as to all the duties or some duties I would need to do. The heavy lifting of boxes and packages.
Discussed mainly if I had any questions, and I described the business administration duties I was looking for. The postal area.wouldn't be a problem as long as it all end up being a bunch of lifting. I asked questions about salary, vacation pay, benefits.
