Interview
The process began with a background check, due to postal regulations. After the check returned successful, I interviewed with each manager separately, on different days. I then interviewed with the store owner. The UPS Store emphasizes professionalism and decorum, so beware! General interview rules apply: pressed clothes (business casual), maintained hair style, etc.
