It was honestly pretty quick, the interview lasted around 30 minutes. All you have to do is a get an A in the class and apply online. Or even get referred by another leader.

Interview was conducted through a Zoom videocall. Questions were formatted in a formal Q&A session regarding your personality, background, and a hypothetical scenario that you might encounter on the job. The call proceeded with an interviewer and what I assumed was type of stenographer or someone who transcribes our interview into a reviewable document.
