Interview
The process is fast and you can get the result within 24 hours. They will email you if you passed then proceed to the orientation. The training is not paid. 11pm to 8am Manila time. You are not allowed to miss one session. Getting into the VA Hub does not guarantee you getting hired immediately. You must pass the entire training which consist of executive virtual assistant, marketing and real estate training. About 3 weeks in the process then your CV will then be posted once you passed all trainings. This training 8s not paid.

Interview
Just had my interview and it was very efficient. I was informed that I will move forward to new hire orientation on Friday and training the following week. This is so timely that I needed to start asap since I already exited from my precious company. Felt thankful for the chance to be interviewed and be endorsed to orientation and training in no time.

Buen dia. No se presentaron a la entrevista. Me citaron a las 7 de la mañana y no se presentan ni aclaran nada. Responden a cualquier hora, te piden algo y no responden mas. Que mala organizacion.

Interview
En la entrevista no sentí empatía por parte de quién me entrevistaba. Se sintió como un proceso de eliminación en vez de incorporación. Una pena porque estaba entusiasmada en formar parte de su empresa y capacitarme.
