Poor, employers on their phones throughout the interview. Didn't seem particularly interested. Nothing else to say. Very typical of investment banking so gave you an insight to the job. Only apply if you have a chemistry background.

I got the interview through a staffing agency. The whole process was just one in person interview with the current admin and the boss. They were very friendly, and it was a comfortable interview. They seemed to stress that they expect good work but also good work/life balance. The interview was very organized.
