Interview
Three interviews (Hiring manager, behavioral, case study). Their hiring process is very personable. Nice people, but they kept on delaying the process. After final interview, they invited about 10 of us to a private dinner where we met the CEO and hiring manager and other partners and employees. Very very personal process so I was surprised to get completely ghosted after that, even with follow ups. I also was not the only one that experienced this, so it was just a bit unprofessional because now we have faces to the names.

Interview
They schedule you for a separate case study interview and a behavioral interview at the same time and do not tell you which interview they will be conducting. I was surprised when I had my case study interview first. Very focused on people and culture.

People were welcoming and interview process was easy. Asked situational questions and behavioral. Allowed plenty of time for follow up questions and answered all of my questions in a super helpful way.
