Two interviews and one phone interview first. The interview wasn't too rough as long as you manage to think of situations that help you prove your point. For example, they'll ask "when have you done something that wasn't listed in your job description?" And you just give them a run down of you going above and beyond to help a customer.

Met with the store manager then had an interview with the district manager. They asked questions on leadership style and how I respond to stress. Talked about the auto delivery system quite a bit and pushed on about how much they want you to push it.

For me the interview was fairly easy, due to me having experience with interviewing people. I met with the district manager and now field training manager of the company. We briefly discussed the past, current, and future of the company; and where they're trying to take the company now.

basic goofy questions from store manager and then interview with assistant store manager. I should have known from the interview that the job was a joke. Again, it was like being in grade school " OH yes, yes..OH that was a really good answer"
