I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The WFC Group in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was very efficient and the team members involved made the process a very positive experience. They were down-to-earth and easy to connect with during the interview.
The WFC team members involved in the interview certainly were a great representation of what appears to be a winning team!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The WFC Group
Interview
Coordinated very well. Meaningful questions with great utilization of time. The process creates an energy where you will know if the job is for you or not. Very down to earth team!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The WFC Group (New York, NY) in July 2018
Interview
The hiring coordinator (Chelsea) indicated that the interview process is lengthy but informed me that they were interested in me and would proceed with next steps on a particular date. After sending an email with a follow up question pertaining to the position (which she said I could reach out to her via email for any additional questions) I never received a response. Nor did I receive the next steps on the day that she promised to send them. I followed up with an email asking if they were still interested or decided to pursue another candidate, as it was unusual that a company who promises next steps wouldn’t follow through. I still have yet to receive a response 3 weeks later. While I’m okay with not being chosen for the position, it’s quite unfortunate that a startup company (of about 30 employees) would show such unprofessionalism during an interview process not delivering on their promises.
