I applied online through the Washington Post jobs site and got a call from HR, who asked me about my current job, my skill set, my work responsibilities, visa status, salary expectations etc and later scheduled a phone interview with manager
The phone interview was pretty simple, more about my current job and my responsibilities there. Also he asked me a few basic Java questions ( Hashmap, Array list, Class, Inheritance) and some Servlets and JSP related question, they were all pretty basic.
I was scheduled a 4 hrs onsite interview, I met with developers/lead and managers from couple of teams. Had a total of 4 back 2 back interviews out of which 1 was pure technical(mostly Java, J2EE) and other were more managerial. Every interviewer had a sheet of questions that they need to ask and were filling that up as i answered them.
