The Willows Lodge interview questions

Initial interview starts with sous chef, then head chef or vice versa depending on one or the other being busy. After talking to the chefs you get to talk to HR about the job - answering more questions. After talking to HR the general manger of the hotel comes in for some more questions and his opinion.

My experience was very positive. The staff was very professional and not only was I interviewed the same day by the HR person, but also met with the General manager of the lodge. It was very comfortable and the questions asked were related to the job and why you wanted to work for that company.
