Legit and professional interview process. Very targeted questions on customer service and my own work style. The interview was with middle leadership and lasted about 30 mins and a second-round was scheduled for more senior leadership.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Winvale Group (Washington, DC)
Interview
Position was initially posted online. Recruiter reached out within a few days to schedule a 15-20 minute phone interview a week later. A week after that was invited to the office for an in-person. Interview was a 3 person panel, consisting of the recruiter and the client services staff which lasted about 30 minutes. Got offered the position the same day a few hours later and happily accepted. Started the following week.

Two interviews. And management was late and did not even review my resume. I did not have any sales experience but that did not matter. The person interviewing me was more concerned about my appearance.
