I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Silver Spring, MD)
Interview
Although I did not get an offer after this interview, it was a very refreshing experience. You could truly tell that the entire panel cared about the organization and their work. They asked some difficult questions that caught me a bit off guard, but were necessary to gauge ability to perform in the role. Overall, very positive and left me with a great impression of those working at the YMCA.

Question 1
I was asked to quickly think of a program I would want to implement in the community if I were to receive this position.
It was fair. It was a phone screen and I felt relaxed. The recruiter I spoke with was really friendly and I am sure I will apply again even though this time I wasnt successful.

Interview
I went in and asked if they were hiring and they said yes and gave me an interview the next day. It was a 30 minute interview, straight to the point, it was intense but as most job interviews are.
