I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Stevens Point, WI) in July 2015
Interview
Interview process was standard and quick. I was suggested by a current employee. I was able to meet one on one with the director of membership/sales. He asked me a few standard such as what my experience was, why I want to work at the YMCA, when I am able to start, what my availability would be, etc.

You’ll speak to the membership coordinator on the first interview. She’ll call you in for a second interview in which she’ll give you a tour of the facility.
After that, if hired, she will send you the hiring packet via email. You will be called in to process paperwork and drug tested.
