the interview process was very simple. I filled out a form and got an interview at a time that fit my schedule. The interview itself had a very welcoming atmosphere, it was very easy to understand the questions and i would say your answers are more less character/value based
Very thorough, lots of paperwork required and felt like I was being interviewed for the role of director not just a lowly childcare assistant. Checked references and asked lots of questions
