Asked extremely basic questions such as strengths, weaknesses, why our company, etc. took about 15 minutes and was hired the next day. Pay was minimum but it was a first job for me.

Easy 15 min interview, questions were all very simple, managers were very professional and respectful. They showed me around the facility and introduced me to team members. They told me the same day that i got the job. The background check took forever which isn’t their fault.

I filled out an application and was asked to bring two forms of ID to fill out paperwork. The process was fairly easy. My employer sent training videos that I had to complete before on-site training. Once completed, the on-site training was detailed but super easy.
