Interview
Initial planning and interview process was very smooth. There was a skill demonstration section and a behavioral Q&A. After the interview, it took almost a month for them to get back to me, and then another month afterwards before I could start working.

Explain a time in your life where you overcame a struggle or failure
very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
