I sent in my resume, and received a call within a few days. There was a lot of snow, but hiring manager was reasonable an allowed me to reschedule interview. I came in sat in an interview with 2 people (person i spoke with and the director) and they asked quite a few questions, describe yourself in a nutshell, what do you think you can bring to the team

It was great and friendly. Very welcoming environment. No one was intimidating. Just a an overall pleasant experience as interviews go. I knew I wanted to work with this group of people. Best interview I’ve had.

Called to set up an in person interview.
Had two interviewers in a conference room, they had applicant resume and a list of questions that they rate your performance of each question on. I believe it was 1-5?

What was a goal in a past job, and how did you help accomplish that goal.
it took about two weeks. employer asked to get to know me and then asked for an interview. once i did the interview i got a different email and then i was offered the position and then i got an offer letter and then i signed it and now i work there
