I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Seattle, WA) in May 2019
Interview
it was very casual and easy. Mostly ask questions seeing if your values align with the YMCA's 5 values. For the lifeguard position they also ask about your swimming experience and strengths. Also if you don't have a life guard certification they will hire you and pay for you to take a certification class at the Y.
