The interview process felt like it was in a stress free environment. Only had to go through one interview process. The staff made it so it was easy to talk to them, yet was very professional.

Question 1
How you would handle a situation were a child might not want to participate in a camp activity.
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
