It took time to get the first interview, it was in person, they take awhile to hire you. But once you are hired you can start working. There is alot of paperwork to do home visits asq's drdp etc overall great company to work for.

Why do you want to work for us?
Do you have experience with preschool children?
Do you know how to do ASQ'S OR DRDP'S?
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment

Interview
The interview process was positive, the onboarding process is extensive and took 1-2 months before the start date. You should be communicative and diligent in following up regarding the process.
