Interview
The interview process was very easy. Many of the questions were based on what would you do scenarios which made it go very smoothly. The interview also consisted of choices. In a sense they were the same as the what would you do questions but you had to pick the best option out of the choices given

Interview
They asked a lot of situational questions (ie what would you do if...). The interviews either tend to be one or two people conducting the interview. The steps before the interview are more time consuming than the interview itself.

Interview
Asked questions about previous experience working with children and the age group. Asked questions about conflict resolution. How well you can manage multiple children at once with all different needs.
Over zoom with multiple supervisors . Each took turns speaking to us individually for two minutes. After that the supervisor divided us into groups for group interview questions as well as games . Overall the process was fairly easy to get through
