The interview process was easy, they mainly asked behavioral questions and how I would deal with certain situations about the people that I work with and customers who might be a bit difficult.
It was quite chill and lax, partially because of the position I was applying for, which was to be a Front Desk Receptionist. Overall, wasn't too stressful and felt welcomed by them.
