Overall fairly straightforward, know the YMCA values and what they stand for. friendly staff that cared about interviewee. Online training as well.

the interview was very simple. I applied online and the called me within a week or two. I went to do the interview and they asked me why I wanted to work for the Y, what I like about the Y, and my experience working with children.they called me the next day and told me I got the job.
